MCSA United Strikes Gold – again

After a successful tour to Guangzhou, China where MCSA United was victorious in 3 from 3 games and with a clean sheet, we ventured to the Casey Comets FC in Cranbourne last Saturday (7th October) for the VIFA Cup. A one-day tournament between the best of the best teams from Vic Soccer, Bayside League, Church League and MCSA.

Bayside League and MCSA United advanced to the final. After a scoreless first half, Bayside League took the ascendency with 2 goals in 3 minutes. MCSA United reeled in the deficit with a Cedric Hoebreck goal through his sheer determination followed by a stunner from Ryohei Fujii, our Premier League MVP winner.

MCSA United held our nerve to win the penalty shot out 4:3
